DCC-3014, also known as Vimseltinib, bears CAS registry number 1628606-05-2 with the molecular formula C₂₃H₂₅N₇O₂ and a molecular weight of 431.49. Its full systematic chemical name is 2-(isopropylamino)-3-methyl-5-(6-methyl-5-((2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)pyridin-4-yl)oxy)pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidin-4(3H)-one. This compound is an off-white to pale yellow solid, featuring a predicted boiling point of 609.2±65.0 °C and a predicted density of 1.29±0.1 g/cm³. It demonstrates uniform solubility of 10 mg/mL in common organic solvents including DMSO, DMF and ethanol, and its structural identifiers including InChI, InChIKey and SMILES are provided for analytical and synthetic reference. Functionally, DCC-3014 acts as a potent dual inhibitor targeting c-FMS (CSF-1R) and c-Kit kinases, with IC50 values below 0.01 μM for CSF-1R and ranging from 0.1–1 μM for c-Kit. Widely utilized for preclinical biological research on macrophage regulation, tumor microenvironment and kinase signaling pathways, it is available as solid powder as well as pre-formulated 10 mM DMSO stock solution for cell-based in vitro assays, with its synthetic route detailed in Example 10 of patent WO2014145025A2.
