Product Introduction

AFR-200 is thin-wall small cross-section hook-up wire with PTFE film wrapped insulation, rated for 250V AC continuous operation and long-term working temperature up to 200°C.

Constructed with stranded high-purity fine copper conductor complying with GJB 1640 standard, this wire is designed for electrical & electronic equipment whose ambient or component temperature stays within 200°C, as well as circuits prone to overload current and heavy mechanical compression. It is the ideal internal wiring for compact, weight-sensitive instruments and electronic devices thanks to outstanding flexibility, repeated bending resistance and anti-vibration property. Its PTFE insulation can withstand high soldering iron heat without shrinkage or melting during welding assembly.
