Detailed Description

UT-020 is an ultra-semi-rigid RF and microwave cable, designed as a direct replacement for the SR-020 cable.

It is also equivalent to Micro-Coax UT-020, Baisi SR-020SCCS, and the domestic model SFT-50-0.4.

Core Characteristics

Structure : It features a seamless copper tube for 100% electromagnetic shielding, ensuring robust interference protection for high-frequency signals.

Dimensions: The standard outer diameter is 0.584mm, and can be customized to a range of 0.50mm–0.60mm to meet specific customer needs.

Its minimum bend radius is only 1.27mm, allowing it to form loops with a diameter of less than 0.3cm.

Conductor Performance: The inner conductor is constructed from silver-plated copper-clad steel, with a silver plating thickness of over 3μm to guarantee excellent microwave signal transmission.

The 0.127mm-diameter inner conductor has a base tensile strength of 800MPa, which can be customized to 1100MPa for demanding scenarios.

Temperature Resistance: The cable withstands continuous exposure to 150℃ for more than 1 hour, with no cracking or bulging of the outer conductor.

Note: This cable does not meet strict non-magnetic requirements.
