Specifications

• Material : Mild steel wire per BS 1052 or ASTM A641/A641M. Enables mesh forming and tensile compliance.
• Mesh Wire Diameter: 2.0–4.0 mm, common 2.2–3.4 mm. Selected according to load and structure requirements.
• Selvedge Wire Diameter: 2.4–4.4 mm, 0.5–1.0 mm thicker. Example: 2.7 mm mesh with 3.4 mm selvedge.
• Lacing Wire Diameter: 2.0–2.4 mm, standard 2.2 mm. Used for panel tying and unit connection.
• Tensile Strength: 350–550 N/mm² standard range. Optional 380–750 N/mm² by project specification.
• Galvanization Type: Hot-dip zinc or Zn-5%/10% Al. Complies with ASTM A641, A975, EN 10244-2.
• Zinc Coating Weight: 215–300 g/m² typical range. Example: 245 g/m² for 2.7 mm wire.
• Galfan Coating Weight: 200–300 g/m² coating mass. Service life 2–3× standard zinc.
• PVC Coated Wire: PVC thickness 0.4–0.6 mm. Example: 2.7 mm wire becomes 3.7 mm.
• Box Dimensions: Length 1.0–4.0 m standard. Width 0.5–1.0 m; height 0.17–1.0 m.
