1. Membrane Material Composition

The MBR internal support hollow fiber membrane made of PVDF is a new generation of high-performance products successfully developed by Beijing Haiden Energy Co., Ltd. after years of research. This membrane is produced using a phase inversion method, with an internal polyester tube as the support body, featuring high strength (tensile strength ≥20.0MPa), high resistance to peeling (peeling strength ≥1.0MPa), high porosity (≥60%), and high permeability (≥15L/m²·h-0.01MPa). The pore diameter of the PVDF internal support membrane is 0.01~0.1 μm.

2. MBR Membrane Components

The MBR membrane components use hollow fiber membrane modules, with various product component forms that can be combined or separated according to user needs, making application more flexible. Users can select membrane components based on key parameters such as permeability, strength, filtration accuracy, and anti-pollution ability. High filtration accuracy can ensure product quality; high permeability can reduce project costs; high strength and anti-pollution ability can extend the service life of membrane components, reducing operational costs. Long-term R&D personnel have improved membrane components, enhancing product performance.

3. Characteristics of MBR Membrane Components

(1) Large capacity, high quality water; the membrane components use the company's proprietary product — hydrophilic modified PVDF material, polyester tube reinforced hollow fiber membrane, thin wall, high porosity, filtration pore size 0.01~0.1μm, ensuring MBR water quality, water quality ≥3NTU;

(2) Membrane resistance is high, supports high-pressure backwashing, and is more resistant to pollution;

(3) The component form is diverse, can be expanded, has high integration, and can be combined or separated according to user conditions, making application more flexible;

(4) The unit volume is large, saving space. It uses a plug-in installation method, which is convenient for installation and removal. The cleaning method is diversified, and it can be customized for cleaning programs, suitable for large and medium-sized system water treatment projects.
