TAIGUO YGL series coal biomass fired thermal oil boiler is a fixed chain thermal oil boiler, the main-body includes upper coil heater and lower fixed chain grate type combustion chamber. Adopts three-pass structure, full corrugated coil heater. The heat carrier is heat conduction oil, rated working pressure 0.8MPa, working temperature less than 350℃. Widely be used in plywood plant, plastic industry, oil refining plant, paper mill, etc.

●Strict Q/C: In manufacturing processes, we has adopting steel strength test, automatic steel cutting/ plate rolling/ welding, 100% x-ray welding check, magnetic particle check c-scan ultrasonography check, fluorescent penetrating check, hydraulic (water) pressure test, boiler thermal efficiency test,etc, to make sure all finished products is qualified.
●Durable Coil Heater: YGL series adopting high quality corrugated coil to carry the heat conduction oil, increase the heat transfer area, reasonable gap between coil tubes to fit the hot expansion and cold contraction . Average coil tubes’ working life more than 17years.
●Wide Adaptability on Fuels: YGL series coal biomass fired thermal oil boiler has better adaptability on fuels, it can fire coal, rice husk, nut shell, sawdust, waste wood pieces, wood logs, sugarcane bagasse etc.
