The steel ring die is used for shaping the samples in X-ray fluorescence spectrometers. A stainless steel ring is used as the support ring for the samples. The pressing speed is fast and the shaping effect is good. The pressing size: outer diameter 40mm, inner diameter 32mm, sample size 32mm. The pressing thickness: height 5-8mm. The special mold size can be customized according to the customer's requirements.

The steel ring mold is used for Fluorescent borate Dies samples for the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The stainless steel ring serves as the support ring for the sample. It features fast pressing speed and good forming effect. The pressing dimensions are: outer diameter 40 mm, inner diameter 32 mm; sample size 32 mm; pressure thickness: 5–8 mm. Special mold sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
1.
Assemble the mold according to the mold operation diagram and pack the sample inside the cavity.
2.
3.
Place the mold in the center of the hydraulic press and press the sample to the required pressure.
4.
5.
Follow the mold withdrawal process diagram, place the mold in the hydraulic press, and push the sample out of the mold sleeve using the lead screw.
6.
7.
Remove the mold from the hydraulic press and gently take out the sample.
