Detailed Description

Vacuum System: Includes vacuum container, vacuum pump (primary/secondary) and valve components, capable of achieving an ultimate vacuum level of 10-*Pa. For example, a certain model of equipment from China Instrument Network uses a secondary ionization silicon digital display vacuum level, with an accuracy of ±0.001Pa.

Temperature Control System: Achieves wide temperature range control through heat sink and high/low temperature regulation devices. The typical range is -70℃ to 180℃, and the temperature uniformity can reach ±0.8℃ to 2℃. Some high-end equipment adopts dual closed-loop PID temperature control and fuzzy adaptive algorithms, such as Beijing Yashilin equipment, which can control the accuracy within -80℃ to 180℃ temperature range to ±0.3℃.

Measurement and Control Safety System: Integrates PLC control system, data acquisition module (such as PT100 thermocouple) and multiple protection devices (overvoltage relief, ammonia pressure monitoring, etc.).
