It has a subsidiary, Puyang Hongye High-tech Development Co., LTD., which utilizes agricultural residues such as straw to produce furan methanol, tetrahydrofuran, 2-methylfuran, 2-methyltetrahydrofuran and other products. The remaining lignin is used as biomass fuel for thermal power projects. Meanwhile, the generated carbon dioxide is comprehensively utilized, and the remaining wood ash is used as raw material for organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. A green circular economic development model has been formed.
