Uses
Organic synthesis intermediates:
Used in the preparation of drugs (such as antiviral and antitumor compounds) and pesticide intermediates, introducing other functional groups through the substitution reaction of bromine atoms;
Synthesis of α-ketoester derivatives for the construction of heterocyclic compounds (such as pyrrole, furan, etc.);
As acylating agents or carbon chain building blocks in the synthesis of natural products.
Scientific research uses: used for organic reaction mechanism research, such as nucleophilic substitution, debromination reaction and other experiments.
Storage conditions
Store in a sealed, cool and dry place, away from fire and oxidants, and avoid direct sunlight;
Recommended storage temperature: 2-8℃ (refrigerated) to prevent hydrolysis or decomposition.
Disposal
It is a halogenated organic compound and needs to be disposed of as hazardous chemicals. It should be disposed of by professional institutions through incineration or chemical degradation in accordance with local environmental protection regulations.
