What is Carnosic Acid?
Carnosic aicd is considered to be a natural, efficient and stable (high temperature durable),non-toxic and none-side-effects, oil-soluble antioxidants and a green food additive.
Rosemary extract carnosic acid is derived from the leaves and stems of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), a small evergreen plant of the mint family (Lamiaceae).
It can be added to oil and high-fat food, medicine, chemical industry, cosmetics and feed, etc., in order to prevent or delay the oxidation process of oil and high-fat food, improve food stability and prolong storage time, and be used as meat and fish sauce.
