PVC LUBRICANT PROCESSING AID

It is a lubricating acrylic processing aid which has low molecular weight. Although It can be used alone with satisfactory performance, it is often used together with other processing aids to enhance the plasticity of PVC resin.It can effectively avoid adhesion between PVC melt and metal inner surface due to its excellent metal release property so as to improve surface glossiness of PVC finished products and raise efficiency in production.Compared with the regular micro-molecular weight lubricating processing aid, there is no migration and precipitation of small molecules, it will highly improve the processability. It is suitable for clear blowing products, calendering / extrusion sheets, foam boards, profiles and pipes, etc.
