ACM IMPACT MODIFIER

ACM impact modifier is a new type of PVC impact modifier, which is an interpenetrating network copolymer formed by grafting of lightly chlorinated HDPE and acrylate, overcomes the shortcomings of high glass transition temperature and poor dispersion of CPE products, and can give them better toughness and impact resistance at low temperature, which is suitable for low temperature toughening, and can also improve the weatherability of products. It can replace CPE + PA in the formulation system and is mainly used in the processing fields of PVC pipes, pipe fittings and injection parts.

The unique composition of ACM impact modifier imparts excellent low-temperature impact resistance and it has been extensively tested for long-term weather resistance and impact and color retention. The wide processing window of ACM impact modifier assures a consistently flawless "satin" surface finish.Because of the Low melt viscosity of ACM, extrusion temperatures are lower, resulting in enhanced compound stability and output.The application method of ACM is the same as that of ACR(AIM).
