This water meter test bench use gravimetric method to test the ultrasonic water meter,mechanical water meter and electronic water meter from DN15 to DN25 （½”~1”）or DN15 to DN50（½”~2”).

Gravimetic method is widely used on the water meter test bench.By using high-precision weighing equipment and precise flow control, accurate measurements can be obtained. We know water meter test bench plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of billing systems, managing water resources, and ensuring fair and accurate water consumption measurement, our test system is widely used in the water meter factories in and metrologic department.

We know different customers have different need on the test bench,thus we give two choices when they use gravimetric method.We have DN15（½”） to DN25（1”） and DN15（½”） to DN50（2”） for them to choose.

In addition,if you want to test your mechanical water meter,we have develop dynamic image processor to capture the information of the water meter,which has the following advantages:

Efficient Detection: The dynamic video processing processor can dynamically read the end digit pointer and the sensitive pointer of the water meter, significantly reducing the amount of water used for detecting the Q1/Q2 flow points, thereby greatly improving the testing efficiency.

Verification Function: The water meter images captured during the sampling process are saved as original records on the computer and can be checked at any time. (Currently the only technology in the country, other manufacturers do not possess it.)
