Rotogravure cylinder loading machine

(1) the frame is made of profiled steel and a 3 steel plate, the two wall plates are made of 16mm steel plate, and the front and back of the frame are made of 10mm steel plate. The PP plate is bent and fixed with the frame. 

(2) the motor is driven by two side gears, the motor power is 0.4 kw, the speed ratio of the reducer is 1:10. (this parameter is used as a reference to design according to the actual tightening force.)

(3) the lifting adopts 30 straight-line guide rail and lead screw drive rear position, the double-bar lifting type, the lifting motor adopts the drive shaft drive, the motor power is 0.75 kw 

(4) water spray system in working tank, spray is controlled by solenoid valve, all nozzles are fan-shaped spray nozzles with adjustable angle, spray pipes and nozzles are made of UPVC material.

(5) CH motor gear drive is used to rotate the plate roller, the motor power is 1.5 kw, the deceleration ratio is 1.5, and the rotating speed is driven by chain.  (6) a sewage discharge hole is arranged at the bottom of the working groove, and a PVC pipe is adopted to enter the waste water pool.
