Why do I need emergency eyewash?
The eyes are one of the body's most important and vulnerable organs - you owe it to yourself and your co-workers to provide the protection they deserve. Of course, prevention is better than cure: always wear appropriate safety equipment, such as safety goggles, safety gloves and protective aprons, when working with corrosive chemicals.
In an emergency, every second counts - especially when it comes to eye injuries. Our emergency eyewash station is perfect for factories, warehouses, workshops, chemical plants, foundries, gas stations, garages, laboratories or any workplace where hazardous or corrosive chemicals are used.
Using an emergency eyewash station can mean the difference between full recovery and permanent eye damage, which in turn can lead to partial or even complete blindness.
Emergency eyewash station for sale
Each workplace has its own unique requirements. That's why we sell emergency eye and face wash equipment with a variety of installation options, from wall-mounted eyewash stations to base-mounted eyewash stations to freestanding eyewash units. We also sell emergency eyewash stations with hand and hand operations to give users better control in situations involving injuries to multiple body parts.
If you do a lot of remote work, you may also be interested in our portable eyewash stations, which are designed to work in the field, especially in areas where clean water is limited or unavailable. These units can store eyewash water safely for up to six months, after which it can be easily replaced.
All emergency eyewash sold by Runwangda come with high-visibility yellow details, which means they can be found easily and quickly, even when workers are visually impaired. We use only the strongest materials in our emergency eyewash products: ABS plastic, polyurethane and stainless steel.
About ANSI regulations
All emergency eyewash equipment available on Runwangda complies with ANSI Z358-1. These regulations, developed by the American National Standards Institute, govern how safety eyewashes and emergency showers are installed, used, maintained and tested.
In the case of eyewashes and washers, the regulations specify the required water temperature and flow rate, as well as guidance on the location of the facility. The regulations also state that all eyewash units must be activated and inspected weekly to ensure reliable operation; therefore, all of our eyewash and face wash stations carry a weekly inspection sticker. For more information and practical advice, see our ANSI Code Guide and Eyewash Installation Guide.
