AiSoar hydraulics offers WCC series of welded hydraulic cylinders with clevis mounted, available in a variety of bore and stroke sizes. As standard type, cylinders' bore sizes up to 4 inches, strokes up to 48 inches with pressure ratings up to 3000PSI. For WCC series cylinders, non-standard options are available, such as customized stroke, integrated valve and stainless steel tube/rod.

The base ends and rod ends of WCC series of welded hydraulic cylinders both cast steel clevis with pins and clips, they are both welded on. Welded cylinders can be used for most applications. Because they are welded, the design can be more sophisticated or more customized. Because of that, repairment usually is more challenging. With the compact and more customized design, welded cylinders in most cases are a preferred solution.

AiSoar WCC series of welded hydraulic cylinders are widely used in agricultural, trailer and loader industry. For agricultural equipment, trailer and loader, generally include the lift moving system, the load must be moved through an arc during extension and retraction, load is pivoted and rigidly guided, the WCC cylinders with clevis mounted are required in the applications.

Firstly, We should determine the technical parameter first: bore size, rod size, stroke, working pressure, required force (Column Load).

Secondly, check the drawings' sizes carefully, especially the mounting sizes, include the min. distance of clevis, and etc.

Others information: Port style and size, painting, clevis pin installation and retainer options, package.

Optional stop tubes design for some applications. A stop tube with required length should be used to extend the min. distance of cylinders. Note that net strokeis equal to the gross stroke of the cylinder less the length of the stop tube. The gross stroke determines the enveloped imensions of the cylinder. A stop tube with required length should be used to reduce bearing stress for long stroke cylinders under compressive loads.
