Our Square Mesh: Mesh 1-Mesh 635 with plain weave and twill weave, Dutch weave includes Plain Dutch Weave ;Twill Dutch Weave and Reverse Dutch Twill Weave ;We adopted news design looms with Numerical Control for more accurate micron performance;
We have 50 sets weaving looms , annual output capacity is 1million square meters.3Meter- Width machine is dedicated to weave Dutch Weave Mesh upto 2800mesh with light table on manufacturing and inspection process.1complete set flattening machinery makes mesh surface more flat and firm;4 set Self Designed slitting and cutting machine assure 0.5mm tolerance and less wire peal -off;All of our further processing,inspection and packing process will be monitored by video,we show it to customer to better understand how we proceed.
We obtained Certificate of GB/T19001-2016 /ISO9001:2015;ISO Registered #:06718Q20463R0M and some customized certificates like stainless steel wire mesh salt spray test and Rohs Directive Test Reports,White House Micron Test Report,MSDS Certificate; etc.
Milesen aimed and conducted timely response;8 hours is our deadline for normal feedback;We have our sales office in South Korea, will set up more service offices in ASEAN ,and planned to offer consignment service ,these activities will greatly helps to service local customers with fast delivery and local services.
