PCB board recycling machine

PCB board recycling machine is an e waste recycling machinery, which is specially designed for separating out the precious metals and resin fiber from the scrap PCB boards for recycle use.

The working procedure of the PCB board recycling machine consists of six steps.

1.Dismantling.

Using the PCB dismantling machine to disassemble the segments on the circuit board to separate the electronic components and the circuit substrate.

2. Shredding.

Through the shredder, the circuit board is shredded into small pieces.

3. Crushing.

using a crusher for mechanical crushing, and the crusher will crush the shredded materials into smaller particles.

4. Screening.

Using eddy-vibrating screen , the particles that can not be screened out are broken again.

5. Air Separation.

The air flow specific gravity separator uses the principle of air suspension to separate the metal and resin powder (non-metallic) by separating the substances with different specific gravity. 

6. Electrostatic separation.

Because the broken particles are too small, the proportion of some metal and non-metal mixture is similar, so the metal and non-metal mixture is separated again by using the conductive principle, making the metal purity higher.   

The PCB board recycling machine has a variety of advantages.
