The company has a total investment of RMB 395 million, RMB 155 million for the first phase, the construction land of 76,000 ㎡, with an annual capacity of more than 20,000 units. The second phase is planned to invest RMB 240 million, 100,000 ㎡ of land for construction. After the overall completion of the project, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of RMB 500 million, with RMB 60-million profit and annual tax payment of RMB 30 million. At that time, Hered will become the most professional manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms in North China.
The company has highly skilled R&D team, professional after-sales service personnel. At the beginning of establishment, Hered has established strategic technical cooperation with DUT, a professional university in the field of construction machine engineering, to jointly develop aerial working platform. At present, the project has more than 50 R&D personnel, including 5 professor-level 18 industry expert-level. HERED constantly promotes innovation in product research development. At present, a number of patents including self-propelled ash sprayer, protection unit of scissor arm, hole protection device of scissor lift, platform weighing mechanism of AWP, power system rough terrain scissor lift are being successively applied for. In the product design, the mature product technology platform abroad is used for reference, FEA dynamic simulation are adopted in the structure design of the whole machine. At the same time, the digital double sensor detection circuit is used to detect control the amplitude, load height of the operation automatically precisely, which realizes the serialization, high-end intelligence of the products.
