The rotary vane compressor is mainly composed of a cylindrical shell, two openings (one outlet, one suction port) and a rotor eccentrically positioned relative to the shell.
According to different working methods, it is mainly divided into four categories:
Rotary screw compressor.
Reciprocating air compressor.
Axial compressor.
Centrifugal compressor.
Our company mainly provides industrial rotary vane compressors and vehicle rotary vane compressors.
In the first step, when the compressor rotates, the blades are pressed against the stator wall by centrifugal force. When the distance between the rotor and the stator increases, air is drawn in.
In the second step, the air is collected in different compressor chambers, which decrease as they rotate.
In the third step, when the blade passes through the outlet, the air is compressed and discharged.
