The refractory material is required to be subjected to heat, corrosion, friction and chemical etching. The furnace wall of the furnace body should be kept intact and there should be no defects; the gap between the refractory material and its products must not leak; at the same time, the integrity of the kiln must be strong. The gas valve should be able to stop the switch in any position according to the operation requirements, especially when the flame is extinguished, the fuel supply can be cut off quickly. The valve requires no looseness and leakage to maintain its integrity and reliability. The oil pipe, air duct and heating pipe shall be free of cracks and leaks. Pipes of various purposes should be kept leak-free, crack-free, unobstructed, the nozzle should be unblocked, and the oil temperature and oil (wind) pressure should be kept normal.
