Product Description Only one tube plate in the floating head heat exchanger is rigidly attached to the shell,Website:http://www.huabangequipment.com, and the tube plate on the other end is free to move within the shell. Tube bundles and shells expand freely at different temperatures without mutual involvement. The floating head heat exchanger eliminates the effects of temperature stress, can be used for heat transfer of two media with larger temperature difference. Pipe and shell can withstand higher media pressure. The tube bundle can be drawn out from one end of the shell shell, and the cleaning of the shell shell and the tube shell is very convenient. Floating Head Heat Exchanger Work Condition: 1)Refrigerant side(In the tube): R22,R134a,R407c,R410a etc. 2)Water side (Between the tube and shell):Nature water,drink water,seawater etc . Material of Floating Head Heat Exchanger： 1)Heat transfer Tube: 316L / SUS304 / Copper / Titanium 2)Shell: 316L / SUS304 Stainless Steel / Csrbon Steel  Floating Head Heat Exchanger Features: 1) Usually used for cooling / heating. 2) Pure titanium tube has super strong corrosion proof ability and high intensity. 3) The tube was tested by 1.62MPa pressure to make sure the tube is strong and not leakage . 4)The shell was tested by 0.6Mpa water pressure to make sure the water system not leakage . Product Application: Floating head heat exchanger is widely used for freezing industries, such as plating, oxidation, chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, shipbuilding, heating, pharmaceutical, foodstuff etc, also for leather chiller, injection molding machine chiller, print chiller, PV shoe machine chiller and so on.
