Harbin Optical Instrument Factory Ltd.. was founded in 1996 on the prosperous Jingwei No. 3 Street of Harbin, which is no more than 100 meters to the Central Street. The company is well deserved to be called a metropolis enterprise, thanks to its favorable location. Forty years’ unremitting efforts allow us to have grown from an obscure small plant into a technology-oriented star enterprise of Harbin. Over the years, the company was awarded with a number of titles successively, such as little pearl enterprise quality & profit-focused enterprise and study-focused enterprise Our compass series, planimeter series, laser orientation instrument series have been rated as famous brand of Harbin and famous brand of Heilongjiang Province
Adhering to the operation objective of guided by technology, based on integrity, taking quality as life and development as goal we are keeping making innovations and advancing with the times. Presently our products are classified into 8 major series in more than 40 categories, which, instead of limiting to unitary application, have now become suitable for a wider range of sectors, such as forestry, agriculture, minerals, geological survey, water conservancy, meteorology and scientific research. In 2007, our company obtained the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification. Each one of our staff members are fully aware that only high-quality products can bring about substantial economic return to an enterprise. In 2001, Harbin Dadi Measuring Apparatus Engineering Technology R&D Center based on Harbin Optical Instrument Co., Ltd. was set up upon the approval of the municipal Science and Technology Commission. As a research institute of our company, the Center engages in the research, development, pilot plant test, product research and promotion related to Dadi measuring apparatus and pertinent industrial technologies. Since establishment, the Center has been abiding by the concept of scientific and technical innovation and concept innovation, and keeping pace with the development trend of the Dadi measuring apparatus business both at home and abroad. Targeting at the domestic and international first-class level, the Center commits itself to cooperating with colleges, universities and research institutions, integrating resource and talents and accelerating the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, which have rendered great technical support and foundation for our plant.
