Once structure design confirmed, we can offer a blank sample to check the size, paper quality, weight-supporting ability. After customers confirm the blank sample, we will provide customer die line to make artwork. Usually customer make the artwork by themselves, if customer has difficulty or dont have designer to make artwork, we can help them as long as they offer us basic artwork ingredient (logo, graphic and text). Once artwork confirmed, we can make ink-jet printing sample for referring the general effect before mass production Q5. How long does it take to make sample? A: Blank sample needs 1-2 days, color sample needs 2-3days Q6. How do you charge for sample? A: We usually charge a small sum of money for making sample, just enough for the material cost. We will not earn any money on making sample. When order confirmed, the sample charge can be deducted from total value of order. Q7. How do you ship the sample? A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. And courier charge will be paid by customer against arrival.
