2-stage bag filtering asphalt plant witth 5 cold feeders 180T output under 3% moisture (1)Raw cold aggregate shouldbe clean, without soil and sundries,whose supply should be nonstop for continuous production. (2)Average humidity(moisture content) of Cold aggregate <5% (3)Temperature of the hot asphaltproduct<160C (4)Mixingcycle time 45S, withmiddle sized bitumen mixture, averagedensity of stone material around1650kg/m3 (5)Fine aggregate content in mixture <35%; (6) Filler proportion in raw aggregateshould not higher than 3%. (7)Local altitude should be less than 1000m; Nominal ambient temperature for batching plant runing: around 20C, standard atmospheric pressure; (8)Quantity ofoversize grain amongcold aggregate should be limited within reasonable scope; otherwise it will cause block and reduce the aggregate supply capability. (9)Water content in filler material should be < 0.5%, without beingconglomerated or caked,otherwise will cause material supply break and time delay and affectoutputaccordingly. (10)The asphalt should be of favourablewrapping property during mixing, therefore aggregate would be completely wrapped by asphalt; asphalt temperature should be controlled in the scope of 150C5C.
