8-425 standard screw hplc vials and caps are usually used in conjunction with Japan Shimadzu ,USA Agilent,and other autosamplers .
Vials are manufactured of Clear, Type 1 Class A or Amber, Type 1 Class B borosilicate glass and include a write-on patch for sample identification ,OEM logo is welcome for printing on the vials and further requirments ,the vials screw liner is strictly degined as 425 GPI to ensure screw well.
Caps are made of high quality polypropylene to exact manufacturing tolerances and lined in a controlled manufacturing environment ,the exact screw liner is strictly produced as 425 GPI to ensure screw well.
Our septa use only the highest quality materials to ensure proper function and can be pre - slit to ease needle penetration ,the vials septa could be red ,blue ,white,nature ,yellow ,etc ,the septa thickness ,hardness and diameter can be produced as your requirements ,we can make one line slit and cross slit as the customers' request .
Designed for multiple injections and/or longer sample cycles - for both GC and LC applications .
High quality silicone compounds are used to ensure proper re-sealing and reduced chances of coring.
