Inkjet Water Slide Decal Paper - Clear or White Finish Sumarry Inkjet Waterslide Decal Paper is available in Clear or White. The decals are a thin film that goes on smooth with no rough edges,an appearance that looks almost painted on rather than a decal sticker. Waterslide decals may be applied onto almost any smooth, non-porous surface,created for indoor decorative use. Application It can use for theglass, wood, metal, plastic, furniture, candles, soap, ceramic ware , fishing rods, picture frames, book covers, albums, appliances, nail art and so on.The printed film is submerged in water to slide off the backing for application. The inkjet waterslide application requires spraying the decal with about three coats of clear sealer. Storing The Decal Paper The proper storage of decal paper is something that is often ignored.Most decal paper (especially the inkjet paper) will react with changes in moisture and temperature. If loose sheets are left out of the open, the top sheet may start curling up and the sheets below will do the same one by one over the course of days or weeks. Wehave found that many of the thinner glossy papers seem to be especially prone to curling.Store the media in a dry, cool place as humidity and moisture may damage sheets. The best way to store unused decal paper is in a plastic bag, then turn upside down under a moderate weight such as a thick book. Printed decals should be used within days of printing or stored as described above. Instruction # # Cut out the graphic you want # Immerse the paper in water in about 5 sec,the fixing paper will absorb enough water and can be seperated from the water transfer paper. # Hold the paper(two layer together) and transfer it to the surface of your substrate.shift the paper a little bit. use your figer to hold the water transfer paper in position.pull and shift the fixing paper away slowly.shift and fix the water transfer paper onto the position you want. # Use the paper towel or a piece of the cloth to squessze the water.avoid excessive pressure that may shift or damage the water transfer paper. # When applying to large area,you may use a plastic squeegee to squeeze the air bubble and water away. # After approx for about 10mins, the printed graphic will transfer onto the surface of the substrate.use a forceps to peer off the transparen covering paper. # When dried,place the subject in the oven and baked.the baking temperatuer and curling time various with different materials.please refer to the following chart for details. # Finished.
