Zhejiang Zili Machinery Co., Ltd located in the beautiful county—Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, which is also well-known for its gigantic Buddha. Being adjacent to Shangyu-Sanmen A road, we enable you to take great advantage of our convenient transportation, which also means one-hour bus trip from the airport, railway station and Ningbo port. Our company adopts advanced three-dimensional software to design, which holds an advanced system for design and has a strong ability of developing new products and agreeing with new markets. In recent years, the company has finished many technical improvements and has successfully developed many new products.
Our company was mainly engage in following three industries:
1, Sheet metal fabrication: our modern workshop equipped by advanced facilities of sheet metal machining and coating machining, which is operated by skilled technicians and an excellent group of administration. Main equipments are as followed: Laser cutting systems, shearing machines, CNC punching machines, CNC brake/bending machines, IW series steel shaping machines, automatic e-static power coating systems, and automatic pre-processing coating production lines.
2, Plastic parts for textile machinery and auto plastic parts: We provide plastic parts and various types of plastic tubes for textile enterprises, like dyeing tube, coiling pipe, contact bobbin, pagoda tube, turnover boxes, etc. We also provide various types of plastic parts for manufactures like the car cases for the sundries, Plastic box, SUV door plate, the plastic parts, decorative cover and protect mask for the Auto, cooling fan for the engine, assembly bumpers, car wheel covers, and so on.
3, Spare parts for textile machinery: It has professional factory in the production of the core component of the textile equipment, and the main products include spindle, weft feeder, spinning parts, rotor assembly and so on.
