1 General Introduction
 LW turbine flow meter is one of the most ideal liquid flow meters, which have absorbed the foreign advanced technology by our company. It has such good features: simple structure, high precision, long operating life, easy operation and repair. These products have been widely metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemicals, city constructing and environmental protecting, and foodstuffs and other industries Favor, and to measure the liquid volume-displacement of water, tap water, sewage, diesel fuel, gasoline and low viscosity base oil.

2.4 Electrical specification index
a、Filed indication(Built in lithium battery)inner power supplier, a couple of 3 volt lithium batteries in paralleling, normal working at battery voltage between 2.7-3v.When the voltage <2.7v, display under-voltage index margin, anti-detonation type.
b、Impulse output type :External power supplier+12VDC or +24VDC. Remote connected with computer collector, remote distance 250m, plain type and anti-detonation type.
C、4-20mA output type: External power supplier+24VDC (double line). Remote connected with computer collector, remote distance 500m, anti-detonation type.
d、Sub-body remote indication: External power supplier~220VAC, intelligent indicator remote connected with instrument cabinet.
E、Sub-body remote indication(with 4-20mA)output: External power supplier~220VAC, intelligent indicator remote connected with instrument cabinet, additional 4-20mA output connected with computer.

6 Impulse output type
  There are two kinds of impulse output type turbine flow meter sensor: plain type and nonexclusive type.
6.1 Main technical parameters
a、 Operation voltage:+12VDEC or +24VDEC (Consumer need to choose one power supply).
b、 Signal transmission distance: < 250m.
c、 Output signal:Square wave
d、 Amplitude: Supply amplitude of +12VDEC approximate to 10v.
Supply amplitude of +24VDEC approximate to 20v.
e、Installation: Connection of Amplifier and turbine flow meter sensor is thread m16X1.5,Having installed the turbine flow meter sensor ,wring amplifier on turbine flow meter sensor , when feel the amplifier arrive at the bottom, fix the safety nut.
f、wiring
  There are three wiring for impulse output amplifier: Red, white and shielding. Red connected to positive power supply, white connected to impulse output and other indicators or related instruments.
Notice: Make sure all wiring have been completed and be right. No connection inverted, or else it is easy to break amplifier board.
7 4-20mA output type
Main technical parameters:
a、 Operation voltage: +12VDC from external supply.
b、 Output signal:4-20Ma or 1-5V, 4mA corresponded with zero flow capacity of turbine flow meter, 20mA corresponded with maximum flow capacity, the range can be read on the namespace of turbine flow meter sensor.
c、 Signal transmission distance: < 250m.
d、Installation: Having installed the turbine flow meter sensor, wring amplifier on turbine flow meter sensor juncture (thread m16×1.5), when feel the amplifier arrive at the bottom, fix the safety nut.
e、wiring
  The external connected wires for 1-20mA impulse output amplifier are red and white.

8 Operation instruction of filed indication (Built in lithium battery) type
This intelligent flow meter is a new type which applies advanced Single Chip Micyoco technique combined with flow meter (turbine, vortices and so on).It indicates the instantaneous and accumulative flow capacity.
8.1 Features
a、Quite convenient to operate, input the instrument coefficient K by 4 keys on forward panel, and it indicates 6 units of  instantaneous flow capacity and 10 units of accumulative flow capacity. The first line indicates instance capacity, and the second line indicates cumulative capacity.
b、Apply EEPROM technique to store instantaneous and accumulative flow capacity.
8.2 Technical performance index
a、Accumulative capacity: Ten numbers, 4 abaft radix point, precise to per milliliter.
b、Instantaneous capacity: Six numbers, be capable of indicating the per liter change.
c、Indication precision: ±1 indication unit.
d、Signal output: Impulse output:0-5000HZ, external power supply +24VDC.
