Cone crusher spare parts
Cone crusher is widely used in application industry, such as metallurgy, construction, mining, etc. It can be used as two or three broken, four broken. Hydraulic cone crusher, compound cone crusher and spring cone crusher various consumable parts are collectively referred to as the cone crusher. Cone crusher parts include mantle bowl liner socket liner and other bushing.
Metso spare parts include:
Upper head bushing, lower head bushing, thrust bearing, eccentric bushing, socket liner ,piston plate.etc. All these bronze parts are imported wear parts of metso spare parts.
The role of this bronze bushing is slide bearings, which have an irreplaceable role in the cone crusher.

How to replace the cone crusher spare parts :bronze bushing
1.Eccentric bushing
After locking filler hole drilling broken, then the eccentric bushing upside down, you can remove the bushing. Before installing the new one , you must check whether the eccentric sleeve hole size cracks. When installing copper eccentric bushing , available in dry ice cooling. When pouring locking filler, eccentric and copper bushing must be at a temperature of about 70 degrees, eccentric and copper sleeve hole must be positive.
2. Upper head bushing and ower head bushing
Lower head bushing can be cut out, but make sure not to damage the moving cone bore. upper head bushing can pull, and can be cooled with dry ice to speed up the pull-out speed. Dry ice can be used when installing copper cooling head bushing, at least 2 hours each, when fully cooled after, with its rings lift copper bushing, from under the rings to use flat gaskets to ensure dynamic cone copper sleeve edges and bottom edge parallel.
3. Countershaft bushing
Outer copper bushing sheath pulled by homemade devices removed within the copper sleeve can be removed using a center rod means hammering out the copper sleeve split out, you need to check the size of the hole in the creel is reasonable. When installing the countershaft bushing, use dry ice shrink at least 2 hours
