Application:

Mixing tank is also known as the preparation tank, it is a kind of container for mixing one material or several materials according to the process, it is made according to the pharmaceutical industry pharmaceutical level

standards and GMP standard. Mixing tank is mainly used in dairy, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Detail:

1. design and manufacture mixing tank with the requirements of GMP and steel pressure vessel.

2. Insulation material of tank is adopted high temperature resistant material

3. The interface adopt the international standard ISO fast assembling chucking, inter surface is used stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304, mirror polished surface to RA is less than or equal 0.4μm, outer surface polishing matt or mirror, agree GMP requirements.

4. the sealing of the mixer adopts sanitary mechanical stirring seal or the magnetic sealing stirring device, and the stirring speed can be selected.

5. Pipe interfaces include a liquid level gage hole, air breathing hole, a thermometer, CIP/SIP, mirror, lamp, liquid import, liquid outlet and sanitary manhole

6. Normally volume is 100L-10000L, but also it can be made and manufactured according to your actual needs.
