Short Quick Locking Pin for Combined Clamp

Locking piece: used to fix accessories on the working surface or fix accessories together. There are three types of locking piece: quick locking pin, flat head locking pin, hexagonal head locking pin.

Quick locking pin: a locking pin used to quickly fasten and take down the workpiece at the point that normally needs to be locked. There are two types of quick locking pin: short type for locking workpiece with the thickness at 25*2=50mm (same thickness as two plates) and long type for locking workpiece with the thickness at 25*3=75mm (same thickness as three plates).

Operating Procedures:

• Screw the bolt to let the five steel balls sink into the locking pin. 
• Insert the locking pin into the hole and rotatethe bolt clockwise to let the steel balls protrude from the locking pin, sharing a common tangent line with the working surface or the bevel of the accessory. 
• Use hexagonal head wrench (SW=14) to tighten locking pin (tighten the locking pin by hand or wit hexagonal head wrench in case of great strength is needed).
• In order to take out the locking pin, please rotate the bolt counterclockwise to let the steel balls sink into the locking pin and then the locking pin can be easily pulled out.

Flat head locking pin: a locking pin to slowly fasten and take down the workpiece at the point that normally doesn’t need to be locked. There are two types of flat head locking pin: short type for locking workpiece with the thickness at 25*2=50mm (same thickness as two plates) and long type for locking workpiece with the thickness at 25*3=75mm (same thickness as three plates).

Operating Procedures:

• Separate the top part from the bottom part of flat head locking pin.
•  Insert them into the hole and screw them together. 
• Use a hexagonal head wrench (SW=8) to fasten the whole locking pin. 
• In order to take out the locking pin, please screw and separate the top part from the bottom part of the flat head locking pin and then the locking pin can be pulled out.

Flat Head Quick Locking Pin Hexagonal head locking pin: a locking pin used to slowly fasten and take down the workpiece at the point that normally needs to be locked. Hexagonal head locking pin has the same operating procedures as flat head locking pin. There are two types of hexagonal head locking pin: short type for locking workpiece with the thickness at 25*2=50mm (same thickness as two plates) and long type for locking workpiece with the thickness at 25*3=75mm (same thickness as three plates).
