Our company has been inspected and assessed onsite by Alibaba and Germany TuV Rheinland,and has been given a in-depth and authoritative report for the production capabilities. Also it has been ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificated.

Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters. We have over 300 employees, including more than 20 engineers and more than 70 molders. There are more than 30 sets of equipment in our mold workshop, including 6 sets of CNC machines and 6 sets of EDM machines. The largest CNC travel is 2,000mm. There are more than 30 sets of injection machines from 50t to 2,000t in our injection molding workshop. We have 1sets of 2,000t injection machines,1 sets of 1,600t injection machines, and 2 sets of 1,250t injection machines. In our spraying and silk-screen workshop, there are two spraying lines, two silk-screen lines, pad printing machines and some other equipment. There are four assembly lines, ultrasonic welding machines and over 10 sets of all kinds of other machines in our product assembly workshop. Rainbow Mould (HK) Co., Ltd has built two factories that is Huizhou Guanfeng Plastic Mould Co.,Ltd and Shenzhen Rainbow Plastic﹠Hardware Product Co.,Ltd in China(Mainland), Huizhou Guanfeng Plastic Mould Co., Ltd has been inspected and been assessed onsite by TüV Rheinland, And TüV Rheinland have given a in-depth and authoritative report for our production and capabilities (have been showed in our website:http://www.rainbowmold.en.alibaba.com), Shenzhen Rainbow Plastic﹠Hardware Product Co.,Ltd Major in Punching(stamping) Mould,Punching(stamping) Part,spring,spring sheets,Metal part Maching processing ,Brass insert etc.
