Application: It is mainly used as a stabiliser in gasoline and jet fuel. Purer grades are used among other things to prevent polymerisation of reactive monomers, e.g. acrylates, and as antiskimming agents in paints and varnishes. Effulgence-TBX can be used to synthesize antioxidant 1790.
