Detailed Description
The line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugation pipe in PVC, PP and PE raw material.
Brief introduction:
1. This line consists of extruder (SJ30/25, SJ45/25, SJ65/25, and SJ90/25), molding machine, moulds, air cooling unit, arithmometer, and crimper.
2. It can continuously mold thermoplastic PVC, HDPE, and LDPE corrugated pipes with different sizes: 40-160mm
3. The unit adopts excellent steel modules, through heat processing, good wear ability and high reliability, which ensures the hardness and precision of the modules;
4. Together with special gears make the modules more stable in performance.
