Melting Point: 135~140℃ (Melting range ≤5℃; a melting range exceeding this indicates the presence of isomers/impurities);

Specific Rotation: [α]D25 = -58°~-62° (c=1.0, methanol), a key indicator of chiral purity; deviation from this range indicates racemization;

Solubility: Slightly soluble in water (solubility at 25℃ ≈ 1.2 g/L), readily soluble in methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate, DMF, and DMSO, insoluble in n-hexane and petroleum ether;

Dissociation Constant: pKa1 ≈ 3.5 (carboxyl group), pKa2 ≈ 9.8 (hydroxyl group), aqueous solution is weakly acidic;
