Core Basic Properties
Host and Antibody Type: The host is a rabbit, and the antibody subtype is IgG, a non-labeled polyclonal antibody. It was prepared using a KLH-conjugated mouse aggregation protein-related synthetic peptide as the immunogen and obtained through affinity purification. The antibody concentration is 0.65 mg/ml.
Reactive Species: This antibody is reactive with mice and rats and has been validated for use in detecting relevant samples from these two animals. Reactivity with human samples has not yet been mentioned.
Experimental Application Parameters
Applicable Experimental Methods: Recommended only for immunohistochemistry (IHC) experiments.
Recommended Dilution Ratio: The recommended dilution ratio for experiments is 1:200 - 1:800. In practice, this can be further optimized based on sample type and experimental conditions to obtain the best detection results. Validated sample cases are available for IHC detection in mouse and rat bone samples.
