Semaglutide
China [CN] Semeglutide is a new type of GLP-1 analogue that is administered subcutaneously once a week. Somalutide is a long-acting GLP-1 analogue developed by Novo Nordisk with a subcutaneous injection of once /w. Compared with liraglutide, somallutide has a longer aliphatic chain and increased hydrophobicity. However, somallutide is modified by short-chain PEG, and its hydrophilicity is greatly enhanced. In the experiment, high-dose soma reduced A1 by 1.6%, with a maximum weight loss of 6kg.
