Alfredo is from Spain. He has been smooth in purchasing for 3 years, but was stumbled in the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve. Last October, they developed a walking reducer that needed to purchase hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve. During commissioning, the equipment stopped unstably. Their engineer judged that the buffering function of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve was not up to standard. The hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve manufacturer said that this situation was caused by the inertia of the travel motor when it stopped, and had nothing to do with the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve. Alfredo was helpless in the face of the push-off of the original manufacturer.

1. The inner chamber of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve body is equipped with 2 limit steps. There is a buffer outlet between the 2 steps. The plug is installed at the rear end of the valve body. The valve spool is installed in the valve body, and the pressure regulating spring and buffer are sleeved on the valve spool. One end of the pressure regulating spring is connected to the limit bulge of the valve spool, and the other end is connected to the buffer. The limit bulge of the valve spool is matched with the first limit step, and the buffer is matched with the second limit step. 

 

2. There is an inlet at the front of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve body, and a return port between the inlet and the first limit step. The buffer cavity is between the plug and the buffer. The valve spool has an internal flow passage connecting the liquid inlet and the buffer cavity, and the internal flow passage has an orifice.

 

3. For leakage prevention, 6 sealing rings and 2 retaining rings are used. There is a first sealing ring between the plug and the valve body, and a second sealing ring between the buffer and the valve body. There is a third sealing ring between the limit bulge of the valve spool and the valve body. There are the first retaining ring and the fourth sealing ring on the periphery of the front end of the valve body, the second retaining ring and the fifth sealing ring on the periphery of the middle of the valve body, and the sixth sealing ring on the periphery of the rear end of the valve body.

The two-stage opening pressure is independent and adjustable, reducing the system flow path, and the system has high and low unloading pressure, realizing the buffering function.
