I replied: There are many reasons for the problem, which should be analyzed in details. According to the video of abnormal equipment sent by him, as well as the production drawings of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve, AAK engineers judged that the structure should be optimized and AAK is 90% confident to solve the problem. 2. The main valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is provided with a throttling groove, the other end is connected with the inner cavity of the main valve spool, and the pilot drive part is used to drive the pilot valve spool.
3. One end of the pilot valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve is slidably arranged in the inner chamber of the main valve spool, and the other end is connected with the pilot mechanism. The pilot valve spool is also provided with a throttling groove, an axial pilot valve spool chamber and an orifice.
The optimized balance structure of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve, which connects the pilot valve spool and the inner chamber of the main valve spool, enables the oil pressure through the 2 channel ports to form a balance on the pilot valve spool, and the opening of the main valve spool under the force of the pilot mechanism can not be affected by the load pressure fluctuation.
