Nantan, from Greece, is an old friend of mine. He has cooperated with AAK Hydraulic Valve for 5 years. Last month, I received a sample of hydraulic cartridge relief valve from him. He needed me to optimize it. In the first half of this year, their customer's die casting machine prototype needed to customize the hydraulic cartridge relief valve. Due to tight time frame, Nantan made samples from a local hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer who had cooperated with them. The equipment commissioning was not smooth, and there was vibration and noise when the hydraulic cartridge relief valve was opened under the condition of large flow and pressure relief. The manufacturer advised that the problem was caused by the internal structure of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve, but he was unable to optimize it. Their engineers complained that the hydraulic cartridge relief valve purchased by Nantan was abnormal, which embarrassed Nantan.
Nantan contacted other local hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers, but they disagreed. Nantan realized that he could only ask for help overseas, so he sent me 3 original samples. According to their hydraulic system schematic diagram, on-site debugging video, AAK engineers suggested that not only the structure of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve should be optimized, but also its functions should be improved. After obtaining additional time, Nantan asked AAK to make samples for the hydraulic cartridge relief valve as soon as possible. After 35 days, AAK sent 10 hydraulic cartridge relief valve samples.
A month later, Nantan informed AAK that the prototype had been successfully debugged and delivered to the customer. AAK optimized the structure of this hydraulic cartridge relief valve from 3 aspects, and perfected the hydraulic cartridge relief valve with pressure relief buffer function:
1. The side of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve cage is provided with a valve oil inlet and a valve oil outlet. The valve spool is installed in the axial hole of the valve cage, the control cover plate is at the upper end of the valve cover, and the poppet valve spool and regulating rod are set in the axial hole of the screw sleeve.
2. The upper end of the control cover plate is connected with the buffer valve body. The buffer valve spool is set in the axial hole of the buffer valve body. The control port is connected with the damping hole. The control port is connected with the control chamber through the hole in the middle of the buffer valve spool.
3. The axial hole of the electromagnetic valve body is provided with an electromagnetic valve spool, the working port is connected with the control port through the annular groove in the middle of the buffer valve body, and the oil drain port is connected with the oil return port through the buffer valve body and the control cover plate.
The hydraulic cartridge relief valve with optimized structure has high control degree and reliability, small flow resistance, small impact, large flow capacity and fast action when the valve spool is opened in buffer mode, which can effectively reduce system vibration and noise, operate stably and have a long service life.
