Indeed, during the operation of the equipment, the speed increases when the cylinder of the hydraulic system is lowered, which is equivalent to the increase of flow, and the original set pressure of the hydraulic pilot-operated pressure control valve will also increase, resulting in the instability of system pressure. Therefore, it is inferred that the instability of pressure is caused by the thin oil passage of the hydraulic valve block in the system. We suggest that he send us the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system. After analysis, AAK engineers believe that the oil circuit design cannot match the working conditions of the equipment.
AAK plans to design and process a new hydraulic valve block, and then installs the AAK hydraulic pilot-operated pressure control valves to debug the equipment. If it is not successful, AAK will not charge any fee for the hydraulic valve block. A month later, AAK sent out the newly designed hydraulic valve block. Lucas sent an email 3 days after receiving AAK hydraulic valve block. He informed that after installing the AAK designed hydraulic valve block and the hydraulic pilot-operated pressure control valves, the hydraulic system was normal and the equipment operated smoothly.
