Isothiazolinone has the advantages of high killing efficiency, good degradation, no residue, safe operation, good compatibility, strong stability and low cost. Isothiazolinone can be miscible with chlorine and most anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants. At high dosage, isothiazolone has significant effect on bio-slime peeling. It is a broad-spectrum, highly effective, low toxic and non-oxidative biocide. It is widely used in oil fields, paper making, pesticides, cutting oil, leather, ink, dyes, leather and other industries.
Method of use:
When isothiazolinones type II products are used as slime stripping agent, the dosage is 150-300 mg/l; when used as bactericide, it is added every 3-7 days, and the dosage is 80-100 mg/L.
It can be used in conjunction with oxidized fungicides such as chlorine, and can not be used in cooling water systems containing sulfides. The compound use of isothiazolinone and quaternary ammonium salt has better effect.
When isothiazolinone is used as industrial fungicide and antifungal agent, the general concentration is 0.05-0.4%.
