LB series of batch type asphalt concrete mixing plant mainly includes: cold aggregate supply system, drying drum, combustion system, the heat aggregate lifting system, screening system, weighing system, mixing system, dust removal system, powder feeding system, asphalt supply system, electric control system and finished product bin etc..

Dust removal system: first grade gravity dust + two grade cloth bag dust removal; second grade gravity dedusting + two level water dusting.

Combustion system: (1) fuel type; (2) gas type; (3) coal type; (4) the dual use type of fuel and gas.

Finished goods warehouse: (1) bottom finished product silo; (2) next finished product silo.

Production capacity: 40-400 tons / hour.
