Features

- No over-grinding due to on-time discharge of fine particles from grinding chamber;

- Adjustment of temperature available, especially for thermo-sensitive materials.
 
 
  Model SP vertical stirred beads mill is designed for production of low and intermediate viscous suspensions. In continuous operation, small beads in the grinding barrel are stirred with pin/counter-pin turbine agitator at high speeds. Effective grinding/dispersing is done between small beads with the sizes of 0.1-1.6mm. The ground suspension is conveyed centrically into a top-inner product pipe without sieves. Beads separation at the top end is carried out by centrifugation. The beads separated are re-circulated into the grinding barrel for continuous grinding.
