Sterilization Device

The whole set of devices include high pressure pump,20m special high pressure soft tube,aerosol spray nozzle,roller,5L pressure storage tank and small car,spare spray nozzle 1pc,spare through nozzle 1pc.For cleaning small diameter horizontal duct disinfection ,needs to match use with existing devices . Firstly,the nozzle and the roller device, disinfection pump should be assembly, then fix the  hexagonal head joints on front end of 20 meters cleaning shaft and screw on the back of wheel by screw, and fix camera and cable on suitable place behind ofdisinfection wheel transmission. Connect cable plug and monitor device, lock tight and fix square head of shaft and output port, so now the disinfection sterilization can work for small diameter duct. By observe display screen, send nozzle of disinfection sterilization to duct, open swing switch of flexible machine, let roller to rotate,  make nozzle of disinfection sterilization to drive to most far side, then pressure storage tank after filling disinfectant liquid(pressure about 10 times,the purpose is emptying air inside of supplying liquid pipeline, no need too high pressure otherwise filter tank or low pressure side piping will be leakage), disinfection liquid will entry into filter tank from the liquid storage tank , this timeopen exhaust switch to exhaust, when disinfection liquid fill full filter tank, to stop the exhaust, at this time can start high-pressure pump switch, the nozzle often spray mist  disinfection to work, if high-pressure pump doesn't work or intermittent work, the explanation is pipeline with air. For solving , can unload the nozzle and exhaust air till air out.High-pressure pump single nozzle flow 46ml per minute, can control disinfection time by calculating demand disinfection liquid qty, considering section area . With outward drag disinfection control action and observe the monitor screen to understand the quality of disinfection, you can easily complete the disinfection.
