Tin containing cadmiun-free silver brazing alloys are developed to replace  the silver alloys with cadmiun.Ternary alloys are favorable for dynamic operations.

HZ-Ag50CuZn   alternative to cadmium-containing alloys.For steel,copper and copper alloys,nickel and nickel alloys;for joining ferrous,nonferrous and dissimilar alloys with narrow tolerances.Can be used for induction brazing and flame brazing.Used in refeigeration,electric,electric and automotive industry.

HZ-Ag50CuZn   silver brazing alloy is used for the brazing of copper and copper alloys, brass and bronze. It can also be used on silver, tungsten and molybdenum. It is primarily used for the joining of copper to copper on vibration free joints. It is very effective for joining tight fitting and tubing. HZ-Ag50CuZn  is extremely fluid at temperatures and will penetrate joints with very little clearance. The phosphorus content of  HZ-Ag50CuZn  acts as a fluxing agent and no flux is necessary when brazing copper to copper joints. However, when used with a copper alloy or one of the brazeable metals, a flux must be used to promote wetting, bonding and flow throughout the joint.
