Overview:
Circulating fluidized bed combustion technology is a clean coal combustion technology that developing rapidly

1. High combustion efficiency and energy saving. The gas and solid mix well in the CFB boiler, and the fuel can
be cycle combustion within the furnace for a longer time, the efficiency can be up to 97%-99%.

with quick speed.
3. Clean combustion, environmental friendly. The combustion temperature ranging from 850℃-950℃ is low temperature combustion. Segmented air, staged combustion, combustion air flow from the different
heights along into the combustion chamber, the chamber is in a state of cycle combustion. The desulfurization
efficiency can reach 85%-90%, NOx emission is under 200ppm, and the slag can be used as the building raw material.
4. Easy to ignite, long press fire time. The CFB hot water boiler has a higher thermal load, its dense-phase zone is 1/3-1/2 of the traditional CFB boiler. The dense-phase zone is also the adiabatic chamber, thus the ignition is easy, and the time for pressing fire can as long as
30 hours.
5. Compact in structure, less maintenance. For the boiler has few less mechanical transmission parts and no
immersed heating surface, so the failures are eliminated. Therefore, the boiler operation period is extended
and labor intensity is reduced.
