7. Inspection:
The content of Ta2O5 and moisture should be inspected and certified by 3rd independent inspection institute such as Alpha 1 S.A. in Columbia before loading and the charges for the sellers account.
The buyer may re-inspect the cargos after the cargos arrive in the port of discharge.
